I can speak English and French. I’m currently attempting to learn Swedish and Italian.
I am left-handed.
3. I have family in Australia and the USA. One of my favourite places in the world is my Great-Aunt’s back garden that looks out onto one of the Finger Lakes.
4. I can make a pretty mean baked cheesecake. So much so, that my partner Adam, requests one every year instead of an actual birthday cake. Favourite flavours include cherry bakewell and pecan pie.
5. I had trials for West Ham and Chelsea football club when I was younger, however I’ve lost all of my natural football ability. My sport of choice is netball, which I love watching and playing.
6. I have a protruding rib that my parents always used to tell me was a ‘spare rib.’ I thought I was extra special growing up and that having one rib more than everyone else was some sort of superpower.
7. My favourite movies are: Babyteeth, Ratatouille, 500 Days of Summer, Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain, A Prophet, Parasite, Whisper of the Heart and Get Out.
8. My favourite TV shows are Colin from Accounts, My Mad Fat Diary, Atlanta, Love and Anarchy, Stranger Things, Call My Agent and Sense8.
9. My favourite writers are Katherine Rundell, Tahar Ben Jelloun, David Mitchell, Leïla Slimani, Kiran Millwood Hargrave, Alice Zeniter, Katherine Woodfine, Colson Whitehead, Michael Chabon, Otessa Moshfegh and Sakaya Murata.
10. I was a complete fangirl of McFly and have seen them live in concert more than 10 times. I’ve lost count of the real number, actually…
11. My favourite musicians are Sam Fender, Wolf Alice, Arctic Monkeys, Celeste, The Maccabees, and Sufjan Stevens.

13. My favourite food is pizza, okonomiyaki and basically any meal involving carbs.
14. My favourite cities are London, Paris, Amsterdam, Osaka, Boston and Budapest.
